What to Expect

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Bring your doctor's prescription, your insurance card and driver's license. We will email you the necessary forms prior to your first visit. If you are being treated for your lower extremity, shorts would be appropriate. If you are being treated for your upper extremity, a tank top or camisole is appropriate. Spinal patients would be most comfortable wearing loose fitting clothing.

How long is each appointment?

Please allow at least 60 minutes for the first session. Following visits may range from 45 to 75 minutes.

Is there parking?

There is plenty of two-hour street parking near the building. There is a parking lot on the east side of Screenland with dedicated spots marked Cox Physical Therapy that are free to use

Cox Physical Therapy is conveniently located in the Toluca Lake neighborhood of Burbank, CA, right in the heart of the entertainment industry. We are across the street from Warner Bros. and a few blocks from Disney and NBC/Uni.
